A wellness coach motivates people to create and reach meaningful goals, facilitates lasting changes, and most importantly, helps people be more authentic and happy.  Sound a little vague? No problem, let me explain: wellness is a combination of a fulfilled mind, body, and spirit.  My approach begins with a holistic diet and nutrition to properly nourish creativity and inspiration.  I encourage personal accountability before moving into other aspects of life including; career, relationships, physical activity, and mindfulness.  I am a channel to help you grow organically into your best self.  At our core, we each have an internal compass of fundamental beliefs that steers us in the right direction.  I help you dust off and calibrate that compass, so that you can make clear decisions when navigating your path.

One on one

Everyone is different! I work with my clients to reach their goals and empower them through the process of making good decisions. In your customized six-month plan, I will target where you need help -- I will empower you to improve your nutrition, adjust & re-evaluate your relationships and social life, and find a way for you to get active.  I will support you through your entire journey.  Health and wellness coaching is effective for the busiest professionals with no time in their schedules to slow down. My strength is understanding your lifestyle and how to make your journey successful. My clients suffer from stress, exhaustion, stomach and gut issues, hormonal imbalances, and skin problems, just to name a few. Ready to get started? Contact me.

Your customized six-month program will include:

  • 12 coaching sessions (2 sessions a month each an hour long) via phone or Skype (or in-person if location permits)
  • Transformational goal setting
  • Email and text support including tips, notes, and Q&A's

We've all heard that the buddy system is more effective than going it alone.  Just like the one on one program, we'll work on a customized plan to improve nutrition and alleviate stress.  I'll lead the group in constructive discussions, and we'll all work together to create a safe and supportive environment for growth.  Interested in learning more?
